Return Policy At Shen Aura Candles, we take pride in crafting high-quality, natural candles designed to enhance your well-being. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Custom or personalized items, and items purchased on clearance or during special promotions, are not eligible for return. Contact us at balance@shenauracandles.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as needed.
