Handmade Excellence: Since every candle is hand-poured to order, please allow 3 business days for processing before shipment from our Chattanooga workshop.

Artisanal Nature: Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products and different screen settings, slight variations in color and appearance are part of the unique charm of each piece.

Final Sale: To ensure the integrity of our sculptural art, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damages: If your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us at balance@shenauracandles.com within 48 hours with a photo of the package and product so we can send a replacement immediately.

Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. Once the hand-pouring or packaging process has begun, the order can no longer be canceled.
