Artisanal Nature: Because each candle is a handcrafted work of art, slight variations in color and appearance are part of their unique charm.

Our Promise: We want you to love your Shen Aura experience. We accept returns for non-damaged items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for returns of non-damaged items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages & Issues: If your item arrives damaged or you encounter any quality concerns, please contact us at balance@shenauracandles.com within 48 hours. As we take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted work, we do not require you to ship damaged items back to our workshop. To process your replacement, we simply ask that you include a clear photo of both the damaged product and its packaging. We are committed to making it right immediately by sending a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations: You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase, before our artisan hand-pouring and packaging process begins.
